(1)-Every irrational number is a real number?
True! All rational and irrational number is Real number.
(2)-Every point on the number line is of the form √m,where m is a natural number ?
False !
(3)-Every real number is an irrational number ?
False ! Because Real number is a combination of rational and irrational number,so it may be irrational number.

Are square root of all positive integers is irrational number ?
If not ,give an example of the square root of a number that is a rational number .

No! Because √4 = 2 ,√9 = 3 etc. which is rational number
